An Overlay Image tool.... but with animated images...
would be ok if we can paste some animated gifs on a not-animated/animated image.

Oh, it's done already. The paste feature lets you use animated images and everything.

thanks...! but why the gif i pasted seems to have a slower speed at the end..? i mean.. when y applied it..

It resets the speed of the animation when you paste it, or do most operations with animations.

Just change the settings after doing all the pasting and stuff.
