1. Just get your pic, go to Draw > Cosmetic Surgery.

2. Select wherever you want the pulse, then select "Increase In Size Extreme". (Undo, and do it again if it doesn't come out right.)

3. Go to Adjust > Motion Blur.

4. Save it to your desktop and upload the original pic and the one with motion blur on it and make sure at the bottom that it says "Animate Images".

5. Set the Frame Timing to whatever you want.

TA DA!

++++ kinda new to this..but i made this.. still not sure though..lazy doing it again..heres what i got the first time i tried it...+++
