What's wrong with yours?

MIne worked...heres mine

this actually works pretty good i couldnt understand the instructions at first but i eventually got it and it turned out pretty good for it to be my first one, my picture was too big so i cant show you

first upload your picture then when the picture gets through downloading go and click on cosmetic surgery once you clicked on cosmetic surgery when picture gets through loading just click on your mouse on the eye and make a square once you see a red square in the eye you want to click on reduce in size Extreme when you chose that click on do operation then when the picture gets through loading click on add Amination frame and put the seconds on how many you want then upload the picture you started out with and you should come out with animated wink hope this helps out ..I just recently found out how to do it a differently way ...
