About half the time, when I upload animations, they're not animating.

I upload to forums and my webpage without this problem. I can't understand why it happens here.

I would use the editor every day and give you FIVE STARS if we could figure it out.

Is it any animation? Or just big ones? What types of images are you starting with?

See, the servers will automatically kill any image processes that are taking too long.

Can you give me a sample of the images you are starting with?

So maybe it *is* my dial up speed? The upload seems to quit before there's time for it to load, should have at least 120 seconds for it to finish, I would think.

And It isn't just me, I have two buddies on cable modem who say the same, they have small gifs and want to add names. They are both total newbies to tagging and it seems that if it works for them, it'll work for everyone.

lol

Image 22 frames - but I'm having problems with much smaller, simpler gifs, too.

I think the dial up speed is a factor. something will always get cut if it's taking minutes to do.

One thing you could do, is upload the images to somewhere else, and use the URL feature to load it into the editor.

Since it would load it up from another server, it wouldn't depend on your dial up speed, and should be much faster.
