This is a much asked for feature, however, what everyone whats is hard to do.

I'll show you a few examples of how make most of the picture black and white, but leave one thing colored. You can use a combination of these effects to produce your desired result.

Original image:


Colored Square: (Adjust -> Color Box) Makes just one square colored


Just one Color remains: (Adjust -> Color Spotting) I clicked on Yellow


Or, the hardest method, which is to select and copy one object

1. ( scissors icon in toolbox ) I traced around the item then clicked "copy and paste" to copy the balloon to the clipboard.
2. Make the image black and white ( Adjust -> Black and White)
3. Pasted in the colored balloon and placed it correctly ( Edit -> Paste image from Clipboard)
