Very Easy:
Step 1 open picture

Step 2: cop image to clipboard

Step 3: open 2nd layer (another picture)

Step 4: Copy layer picture to clipboard

Step 5: Effects >> Blend 2 images and voila you blend them together and you have your blend..[attachment=0]Paris.JPG[/attachment]

Viola! -- ok so i added effects and text etc. but it's pretty easy stuff =]

I DON'T GET STEP 4.. i've tried it and it doesn't work.. HELP!!

No you don't , the blending tool here works best as the pictures are side by side the 1 picture slightly over the other .

Ok make a big transparent background enough for both pictures when copy your pictures and paste to the transparent background...
