not sure what i am talkign about?..here is an example.

Image

[[me and bigfoot lives are in this pic lol]]

anyway,

to change the background you must first make your entire background transparent..this is not always simple...

first off..adding contrast to your picture always helps..use a large amount but do not go overboard or your picture will look completely different. if adding contrast hasent made your background white..than don't worry you still have a slim chance.

"How do i add transparancy to my background"?

Image

Image

if for some reason your background isn't white..keep using that transparancy button on the background parts you do not want and hopefully things go your way

Simple Enough?

once you have your picture with a white background.. use that transparency button and use it on the white part of the background. than you will have a pic with a transparent background. ADD IT TO YOUR CLIPBOARD!

"How do i add an image to clipboard?"

Image

after you have done that upload another picture (the one you want as your background)

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THIS PICTURE SAVED TO YOUR COMPUTER!

after you've uploaded the 2nd image.

swap image with clipboard.

"How do i swap image with clipboard"?

Image

okay now you should be back with your origional image right?..right.

look to the left and you should see a bunch of tools. click the paint bucket tool.

Image

click that box next to the words "Fill pattern" and you should see something like this...

Image

if your still with me...

1st. GO TO EDIT CLIPBOARD IMAGE.
2nd. UPLOAD THE IMAGE YOU WANTED AS YOUR BACKGROUND!
3rd. IF IT WORKED EXIT OUT AND HIGHLIGHT "Your Clipboard"
4th: click on parts of the background "white area" that you want the background to change...do it until you see no more white!....

as youu gradually go on your image should change.

okay..now you click where you want the background to appear..and it should change on its own...

it should go from this

Image

to your same pic with your background..if we use the beggining example..it will go from that to this.

Image

I hope this tutorial helped a little.

if you have any questions reply and i'll do my best to help..please no slang and be clear.

Hiyas! I'm new and totally computer illiterate(sorry) but I was wondering if you can tell me how to add a background other than the ones in the fill pattern option? And how did you get the picture of the planet in with the stars? Thanks in advance! Laters

i think they should make an outline buttton for transparent, so you can outline the ppl and not worry about them getting smudged ect.

;--;
