how do you make it blur in the center.I tried and tried but i don't know.Please add more details!!!

Thanks for the tuts . mate. I am new to this and the site..and hopefully I can still do things even though I won't be able to really see it. I wanted to do something silly for my wife like make her chest or but shake. I keep hearing people say (upload the image) I need to upload the image somewhere..I just want to send her a pic. in her mail ..can I still animate the pic just for her..thanks in adv. mates!

Thanks for the info Mr. Big..but i don't see custom animation where is it ..i looked under animation and nothing ..althought I am legally blind..and another question if I can get it done how can I get my wife to see this ..in other words can I have this gif on my desktop or be able to take it with mme on a thumb drive..or is there a special place I must view it from!!
