I sent you a response but don't see it, so will do it once more. I'm new too and was having a difficult time understanding some of the instructions, so this is how I did it:
1. Save the picture you want to wink on a desktop folder for easy access.
2. Upload that picture onto your Lunapic Editor
3. Click on "Draw"
4. Click on "Cosmetic Surgery"
5. Click on the "dropdown menu"
6. Click on the first option "Reduce in size Extreme", and click "Do Operation"
7. Save your wink picture to your desktop folder under a new file name
7. Now upload the new wink picture onto your Lunapic Editor
8. Click on "Animation"
9. Click on "Add Animation Frame"
10. Click "Browse" and upload the original picture you had wanted to wink, with a "Frame Delay Seconds" of "2", and click "Upload Now'
11. You should now see your winking picture

It works and I love it but when I save it and try to use it, say at imikimi.com to create a graphic.........IT'S NOT WINKING!
What am I doing wrong?
