I am getting pretty good with lunapic and it's features, I've even recently learned how to do my picture inside of words like Hello or my name, but I would love to know how to cut out the background. (so there isn't a white space, just text)
I love the effect you have used on your mattie picture, where the picture fades out. Could/would you send me info on the effect?
I also have a question about inserting site URL's into pictures, but I feel like I'm asking alot already.

To cut out a solid background (like a white space, for example), just go to Edit > Transparent and click on the white background.

To cut out a complicated background, go to Edit > Crop Image and trace around the object you want to keep and click on "Crop Image".

For the "Mattie" picture, I upload the picture of Matilda, then I went to Edit > Crop Image, selected "Polygon/Freeform" then traced around her and selected "Crop Image". Then, I went to Edit > Copy Image To Clipboard. Then, I found the green background and uploaded it to Lunapic, then I went to Edit > Paste Image From Clipboard, then I went to the Transparency bar and set it low, then I pasted the image again only with a higher transparency, I kept repeating that until it was done. VOILA!

I uploaded the picture, then I went to Edit > Crop Image, selected "Polygon/Freeform" then traced around her and selected "Crop Image". Then, I went to Edit > Copy Image To Clipboard.
