theyre MOV. format is that why?
how would i convert them?

Too late. I only read the first post, and I did it the slow way. I couldn't have done it any other way [as far as I know; I'm still experimenting with it] 'cause I was going to paste the clip on top of a still picture and it slowed it down a lot when I just pasted it.

i got all the pictures uploaded and ready but when i put the frames together, it won't do the animation image

So, I make these a lot, concidering i have an art site & such, so hopefully this will help out somewhat.

-What i use, are my DVDs. Unfortunately, not all of us as DVD players on our computers, so if you don't see if you have any videos on your computer, if you dont you can download them off of the internet, or limewire, or those types of programs.

If you are not using a DVD player, & you are using a video, then simply open windows movie maker. EVERYONE should have this program on their computer.

Open the video, and find the part that you want. There are two ways to do this, but only one way uses lunapic.

- go to the part of the video that you want, & press pause. There is a button on the navigation, where it says play, pause stop, etc. of a small camera. Press it, and it will take a screen shot. Save it as 1. Then you press the small arrow, to take a step forward, then repeat. When you are finally finished with the scene, exit movie maker, and open http://lunapic.com.
Upload all of the caps, and DONT TOUCH THE TIMING! We leave that for last. When all are uploaded, upload to the desired size, and then press frame timing. time all of them to about 15.
