make the bytes size smaller when I am trying to make an icon for a game. Most games allow 3000 bytes max and the ones I make are over that size. How do I lower my byte size?

you have to optimize the image to make it have smaller bytes just put your image on here and i will try to make the bytes smaller

well I got it too 2934 hope this will work...I used a movied editor and I also used gif animator 5 to make the bytes go down...

ok.. this one is way too big as well... it needs to be dropped to less than 3k bytes again.
