If want to keep the color and just change eye color skip the adjust black and white step.

Well it took awhile but I found a pic that showed the eyes really well.
i then went to adjust and choose adjust saturation and turned it up high.

Then I clicked crop and changed the setting to circle

Then I cropped one eyeball saved it to my pix and clicked undo operation.

i repeated this step for the other eye.

when you recover the original image you click adjust and choose
black and white


then you copy that image to your clipboard
open the image of one of the eyes

then click swap image with clip board.

You then place the colored eyes on top of the black and white image making sure it is perfectly in place.the you again copy the image to your clipboard and open the other eye image.

repeat for the other eye.

then you adjust color saturation to get the shade you want.

that's it!!
