to do the hair and change the cloths on the pic i had to use another program
it's free and easy to use
it's called serfit photoplus
and the background i just changed the background to one color
and then i hit edit
transparent
and clicked the bg
and then copied it to the clipboard
uploaded my bg
resized it to my pic
and went to edit
paste clipboard
and thats it
any more questions??

the images are throbbing at me.. its scary and makes for compulsive viewing.
