the tutorial i posted was not for the pulse
it was for shake
if you want pulse
you will have to download serfit photoplus
when you download it
go to blur and do a zoom blur
after you do that
follow the same steps as to make it shake

You could still do a pulse here on Lunapic.

1. Just get your pic, go to Draw > Cosmetic Surgery.

2. Select wherever you want the pulse, then select "Increase In Size Extreme". (Undo, and do it again if it doesn't come out right.)

3. Go to Adjust > Motion Blur.

4. Save it to your desktop and upload the original pic and the one with motion blur on it and make sure at the bottom that it says "Animate Images".

5. Set the Frame Timing to whatever you want.

TA DA!

Um....yea whats the diiference if u use Motion Blur then add animation frame if u could just click Animation -> Custom Animation Effects and click Motion Blur and Normal picture then Animation Settings and set the time and it would come out the same see

the frame timing does work.
5/100
it doesn't make the middle part move like the one you have.
