Just upload your pic.
Then move your currsorr to the the adjust and click motion blur.
Apply the motion blur.
When you have applied the motion blur go to animation and add animation frame. Upload the same pic. w/o the motion blur and set the time from 0-.09 sec.s.
I hope you enjoy this effect.

no
but admin made it easier
now all you have to do is go to custom animation
and select normal and motion blur
then change the frame timeing to 5/100

how do you do that all i get is just a side blur and not a circle blur upload the pic you should use and go to animeation then show animation frams then look on the second one (all the way to the bottom) its not like dat wen we do it

I know how to make it blur like that but I dont know how to do the middle so if anyone know plz help me out

I kinda have the same question as everyone else does....how do u make the motion blur go on the center of the pic?
i tried almoust every angle but non had this result :[
it would b nice if 'd tell us xD
