how do i change the eye color??

i have tried everything!!!!!!

i dont mean the black and white with the blinking eyes.

when you click on the lunapic logo and uploaded your picture to color your eye just go to the scissors and click on the cut out tool...and put the circle to your eye and click on color tint then pick your color and apply..hope this helps you out..
