Right, you upload your picture then go onto effects and it will have a box to round it or whatever or darken it around the edges, just flick through all the things on effects.
Then, go to 'edit' and ''add text''. You then choose what type of text you want and how big and type it into the text bit, its really straightforward, then you write what you want, just play about will it really.

Go to http://www.Picnik.com, you can add text, butterflies, and do that whole thing easy! LunaPic is much more complicated, well at least to me that is.
