Instructions:
oo1. First you need an image.
oo2. Once it's uploaded, if you see on the side there are buttons that are somewhat the same to Paint on your computer.
oo3. Click on the one that says "Pencil tool." or something like that.
oo4. Usually I would use polygon/freeform but for outlining, use a straight line.
oo5. Choose any color, and if it's a jagged picture, not straight, then keep stopping and repeating until it looks as if like this:


And NO, if you use my tip it would not be blurry.

If you are using another outline image color, change the number setting to higher, to make it look cooler, or lower if you want to use a special background like this:

but it's actually way better, if you know the way around it.
i just try to be creative as possible.

It's better then Blingee.

Blingee just has shiny graphics and glitter icons.
