How i upload pics on my background

when you want to put something on the background just upload the picture that you want to put on your background then you go to edit and click on copy image to clipboard then go upload your background picture then once when that gets through loading you will go to edit and click on paste image from the clipboard and apply the other image to your background...anywhere you want it..
