Is it possible to make the rain effect- the one called 'Pouring rain'- go over most of the image, but not all of it? As though someone was holding an umbrella over somewhere? I'd really like to know, because if it's not possible, I want to get to work right away on making frames for the image I want to make...

Try this out go to the lunapic logo on top of the page then go upload your picture then go to the cutting
tool and trace around the part that you don't want the rain in from start to finish until you have traced around the area then will click on copy and paste then you will go to animations and click on pouring rain....then after that you will go to edit and click on paste image from the clipboard...and place the image in the area where you traced it at...
and apply the image on there...and it should turn out like this...hope this helps you out..
