HOW CAN I FIND A FONT THATS CURSIVE LIKE BUT I CAN USE THE TRANSPARENT FOR THE INSIDE COLOR? WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH ALL THE FONTS..

When you go to the Text Tool choose "Scriptina" as your font. Set the text color to "Transparent", and the border color to whichever you like.

Here's a simple example. It's border is plain black:
