I have two pictures. One is a jpg that i want to use for the background. The second is an already animated gif pic. But when I go to past the gif image on top of the jpg, it does it, but my gif just starts zooming in and out. I do not understand why. is there a way to just past the gif on top of the jpeg background without changing either. just merging?
