please teach me how to superimpose an image to another image , ex. i want my face in the image of superman

when you click on the lunapic logo on top of this page go upload your image that you want to put on the other background..then go to the cutting tool and trace around the part that you want and go click copy and paste then you will go upload the superman background and then go to edit and click paste image from the clipboard and apply the image over the other image on where you want it at..
