Hi...I'm a newbie. I love the site.

When I upload an animated image to be pasted on another image(not animated), and click save. The animated image no longer is animated. i.e. I uploaded a banner, then pasted a flickering candle on the banner, and saved, and it no longer flickered.

Also when I try to blend two images. i.e. falling snow over a background image, and I clicked save, the image comes back black in certain parts, and no animation.

Ok on the flickering candle are you saving in a gif format if not your image will not work...
and on the blending I don't know how it came out black the only thing I can think is if the image was animated and blend that will make it go black animation doesn't work when blending now if you blend your images first then add the snow that might work I don't know what else could be the problem why the image is turning black when you save...

Ok, on the blending pics. I was using an Animated pic to blend OVER the first uploaded pic. i.e..it was a transparent image of just snow, and I wanted that to go over a background. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.


On to the Candle animation. Nothing seems to work the right way twice. I uploaded a banner, I saved it. Then I went to paste an animated candle on both sides of the banner. I pasted one on the left, and saved, then I pasted one on the right, and saved. . The one on the left stays pasted, the second one on the right, does not. All I get is an image of the candle. No banner.

I resize and upload my pics they start to animate then a black strip appears at the bottom and I cannot save. My computer then wants to shut down. What am I doing wrong?
