plzzzzzzzz help me with the resizing,,,ive allready downloaded it n it still wont let me upload my image,,,,,hellllllllllppppppppppppppppppp

go to the home page, click browse and then upload afterwards go to edit and click scale and from there you should be able to resize your picture.
