and if you have a close up picture of your eyes you can just use the (scissors) circle tool then apply tint

:D It's soooo easy to do!! I LOVE it!! ^^ I used it on one of my favorite characters from a show I watch... >.> ANYWAY, if you're saying you can't use it on that type of "animated" picture, YES u can.

Ok this is kool in all but if we don't want our pic black and white but we still want to change the hair and eye color then what do we do?

If you want part of it black and white, change the pic to black and white first, then use the circle cutting tool and change the color. Thats what I did.

AnimeEmo713: Wow. I can't even tell that was tinted unless I look really closely, and since anime characters like to have oddly colored eyes and hair anyway, It didn't immediately jump out at me. That's fantastic, great job!
