ok I have both the images the size I want them but after I upload the first and add animation and upload the second one, the 2nd pic is to the top left of the first pic.
How do I move the 2nd animated pic over the first ?

ok I have my original face then the negative I have the skull and the negative and I have the terminator pic I just don't know how to connect them to be the accurate way I want them

animation--->show animation frames

that way u can remove or move up a frame

You can edit the sizes of the images before you animate them.

When making an animated gif as you are describing, every frame should be the same size. If they are different sizes, your finished product looks and acts strange. A good free simple animator is called unFreeze. You can drag and drop your images there and set the speed.
